UIA’s statement on martial law declaration in some regions of Ukraine

On Monday, November 26 the Parliament of Ukraine approved the Decree № 391/2018  on the introduction of martial law in Ukraine. 

The Decree envisages the introduction of martial law exclusively in the regions located along the Russian and Moldovain border, Black Sea  and the Sea of Azov coast. In particular the document is valid for Vinnytsia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv,  Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions, as well as the internal waters of the Azov-Kerch water area.

At the moment the document does not place any restrictions on economic activity on the whole territory of Ukraine. Subsequently the flights to/from or inside Ukraine are operated in a routine mode without any restrictions.
